In the period of July 2013 – December 2013 Konstruktor konsanting company has performed works on the development of the trade and business center in Šabac.
The facility is conceived as a retail park with 17 separate stores of total squaring of 10,000.00m². The form of the facility is in compliance with its function, two cubes, different height and coloring which overlap forming a L shaped facility of accentuated horizontality. It is a ground floor facility with direct access to each store from the access plateau.
The facility’s loadbearing structure id steel made of steel columns and steel truss roof structure. Main spans of roof girders are 15m and the columns’ grid is 12m. The facility is divided in three dilatation units, structure wise, of which one is a two-nave, and other two are three-nave and four-nave structure.
The back façade of the facility is made of insulating sandwich panels with mineral wool filling of 10cm thickness, manufactured by Brucha, Austria. The front façade of the facility is made as a glass facade of standard curtain wall, with a canopy along the whole façade length, finished with lining of aluminum composite panels – k-bond.
For the needs of the parking space and internal roads Konstruktor has performed works on 18,000.00m² of landscaping. The traffic system is designed in two independent units – the front plateau with internal roads and a parking for 400 cars, designed for visitors, and a delivery road with a parking for employees designed for the delivery of goods to stores. All traffic surfaces are made of concrete for heavy traffic of 8cm thickness.
Within this facility an advertisement totem of 30m height was made, which consist of a column in the shape of three-band grid of 4m side and two triangular advertisement boards on the top.
On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
