RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPLEX ’ZELENA AVENIJA’, ZEMUN, ’TURNKEY’

Residential and commercial complex ’Zelena Avenija’ is located in Zemun and it is designed as a complete unity which will, offer future buyers top convenience of living in the centre of Zemun. The works on the construction of the complex are divided into two phases. In the first phase facility A is carried out (buildings L1, L2 and L3) and in the second phase facility B is carried out (buildngs L4 and L5). Each individual building will have a surface area of 4,000 m2, divided into floors - basement, floors I-VI and loft, in total 20,000 m2 in all five buildings.

All the flats have a maximal use of given space, functionality and good lightning. In the process of building, a lot of attention was given to the choice of finishing materials so as to secure high quality of living. External and internal high-quality carpentry is designed in the aluminium-wood with blinds system. Sanitary ware, floor and wall coverings and the heating and cooling systems are installed, taking care that all the suppliers are reknowned companies with appropriate attests for materials. The external walls of the object are made of multilayer facade  composite panels of bricks, thermals and final processing of facade with coloured mortar surfaces. The complex will be built completely according to legal regulations for energy efficiency of buildings (energy passport).

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
