One of the first Konstruktor’s investors was Moskomerc company which invested in a warehouse facility in 2005. Our successful cooperation was continued in 2014 by signing a contract on design and construction based on the turnkey system of a new distribution warehouse in Vrčin, near Belgrade. The facility consists of a high-shelf warehouse and an administration section. In correspondence with CBT company’s business (ex Moskomerc) which deals in import and distribution of the latest house appliances, the facility was designed and constructed in accordance with the latest architectural postulates. The attractive combination of glass curtain wall, aluminum composite panels K-bond and insulation ecological BRUCHA panels made this facility to stand out among the facilities of similar purpose within the industrial zone in the sense quality and aesthetics. The facility meets the energy efficiency principles and the highest quality standards. Traffic surfaces are made of vibro-pressed concrete panels, in accordance with LEED ecology standards.

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, for design and build of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
