Construction of a new production facility, reconstruction and technical amendments to the existing hall and upgrade of the third floor of the commercial building - "Turnkey"

The company Konstruktor has received quite specific technical task, to design and carry out works on three facilities on the location of production and office complex of Polimark Company in Zemun - the design and construction of a new production facility and reconstruction and upgrade of two existing facilities. All anticipated works must take place in parallel with the flow of business and production process of Polimark Company, which is an additional organizational challenge.
 
Industrial complex Polimark is located in Zemun, next to the highway Belgrade - Novi Sad. Within the complex, the company Konstruktor performs the works on the following facilities:
Facility 1 - Industrial hall BIN - design and construction of a new facility which includes performance of works on the construction of the production hall. The construction is performed as a steel frame system, of a range of 26m and a spacing of 6m. The materialization of the facility includes Bruch facade panels, flat stacked roof and industrial epoxy flooring;
Facility 2 - Sanitary technical block STB3 - the project envisages the upgrade of the third floor, the support structure is designed as a steel frame with flat stacked roof (trapezoidal sheet, mineral wool and final PVC roofing membrane);
Facility 3 - Industrial block STH - works on reconstruction and technological changes within the hall are performed, provided the uninterrupted production process during the works.
 
On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, for design and build of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
