The development of the ingot foundry hall is of 24m in span and 23.30m in height, as a continuation of the existing hall – steel mill.. Main columns are made as lattices of changeable cross-cut, and the main roof girders are trussed auto-stable girders of 25.00m in span. The surface and the height of the hall are determined by the technological manufacture process because of which the crane path girders for bridge lift of 24m in span and load capacity of 70t were done within the hall. Gantry girder lifts with upper edge on 20m were suspended on purlins. Foundations for equipping the plant for ingot casting were made within the hall.

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, for design and build of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works.
