According to the “turn-key, "design and build" contract, Konstruktor contracted the construction of Minth's production, warehouse, administrative and technical complex in Loznica, as a general contractor.
The complex is located in the industrial zone "Šepak" in Loznica, total gross area-67 000 m2.
The main bearing structure of the building is a prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton construction.
The facade consists of a sandwich panel mounted horizontally. The roofs of the building were made in a slanted roof system with final layer from the waterproofing roof membrane.
The whole facility uses premium building materials according to the highest quality standards.

In this project, according to the "turnkey", “design and build” contract, Konstruktor works on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
