The production hall building of the dairy company Milkraft Leche is an integral part of the dairy company’s building complex, the production of which is finansed by the company ’Milkraft Leche’ LLC. The building is located in Bijelo Polje, at the location called Pavino Polje in Montenegro. The building of the dairy company is hatchback, the number of floors is P + 1, it is freestanding on a lot within the complex. Neto surface of the building is 4501.00 m2. Functionally, it is devided into the production, administrative and technical sections.

The production section is made of units which follow the technical process from the admission of milk to the dispatching of the finished product, with accompanying facilities – warehouse, laboratory, wardrobe, toilets and others. The administrative section consists of entry hall and stairs, offices with a conference room and a restaurant for the employees of the dairy farm. The technical block consists of rooms for accomodation of machine and electrical insulation. 

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
