After phases 1, 2, 3, 4, which included nine facilities (182,000 m2), a fifth phase of 11,000 m2 was contracted and will be completed in May 2023.

The beginning of all the works of this complex began in the middle of 2019, and we express our satisfaction at the success of the great team of Konstruktor who, within three years, realized this demanding project as the general contractor.

The Minth industrial complex consists of: a production area, a storage facility, a technical complex, and an administrative area.

As a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" "design and build" contract with obtaining the necessary permits, Konstruktor is working on the execution of all architectural and construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing, and craft works, as well as on all works on the ground floor of the complex.
